Please join us for a very unique experience of personal development and empowerment. This 8 class (in-person) gathering is for mothers of all ages and stages of life (maiden-Matriarch) who want to understand the unseen parts of their motherhood journey - physically, sexually, emotionally, spiritually, and archetypally. Created by the marvelous Kimberly Ann Johnson, author of The Fourth Trimester, Reclaiming the Feminine and Call of the Wild: How We Heal Trauma, Awaken Our Power and Use it for Good.

Throughout our journey together, each week, we will take a deep dive into the unique arc of our Mothering Journeys. It's an invitation to come and be nurtured as you connect with kindred spirits who understand the importance of this sacred task, wish to have greater resonance with our children and understand our responsibilities as caretakers of Mother Earth. 

Within this supportive circle, we will bear witness to each other's growth and expansion, nurturing wisdom and courage in one another. Together, we will breathe new life into the meaning of being a Mama in this country and around the world.

Classes are held for 90 minutes in a private home in S. Asheville. Nutrient-dense snacks, herbal infusions and elixirs will be provided as well as many tools for community self-care.
